Wisconsin stuns undefeated Kentucky to reach title game

2007 New York Giants, say hello to the 2015 Wisconsin Badgers.

After another standout effort by the duo of Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker, the Wisconsin Badgers were able to halt the undefeated run of the Kentucky Wildcats, 71-64, to advance to Monday’s national championship game.

The Wildcats finish the season two wins shy of an undefeated season, falling short of becoming the first team since the 1975-76 Indiana Hoosiers to go unbeaten.

Wisconsin advances to take on the Duke Blue Devils, who are coming off an 81-61 blowout win over Michigan State.

Final Four Preview: Kentucky vs. Wisconsin

Both Kentucky and Wisconsin are right back in the Final Four after meeting here a year ago.  Last year, The Wildcats were able to continue what was a great run in the tournament and beat the Badgers 74-73.  This year though, the Wildcats are supposed to be doing this.  This may be the best game of the entire tournament.

This game involves two first team All-Americans, and the potential first pick of the NBA draft … who isn’t one of the two All-Americans.

On Wisconsin: Badgers battle to reach Final Four

This game in Los Angeles was full of excitement throughout the entire game. Sam Dekker put on a clinic in this game and rallied the Badgers to win and move on to the Final Four. Arizona would play well in the first half and have a three point lead heading into halftime. But Wisconsin’s outstanding offense proved to be too much for Arizona as the Badgers went on to win, 85-78.
