Crazy court designs

There has been a new wave of designing basketball courts across the nation.  Many have ditched their look for new ones that will make them stand out, but some have gone the extra mile to do that.  Some new courts are awesome, while some make you wonder what the logic was behind the design.  Many are redesigning their basketball courts to distance themselves from the rest of the competition.  It has to be big tool for use in recruiting.  Here’s a look at some the best designs out there.

Ranking the Rivalries

College sports are built upon the foundation of great rivalries. Tonight, we celebrate the Mona Lisa of college basketball rivalries when the No. 4 Duke Blue Devils welcome No. 15 North Carolina to Cameron Indoor Stadium at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN.

The Battle of Tobacco Road is the best rivalry in college sports. Yes, I went there. I said it. The best darn rivalry in college sports.

BGOC: North Carolina at Duke

Since the inception of the North Carolina and Duke rivalry, blue-blooded hatred has run through not only the state of North Carolina but through America. Although the Tar Heels dominated the matchup in the early years, Duke and Coach K have made the two games each year very competitive since the early ’60s. Tonight, the two bitter rivals go head-to-head for the first time this season.
